New windows have recently been installed. It's hard to get a photo of the exterior now, because the large Maple trees and the new yard fence block the front exterior.
The pretty farm fence is lined with woven wire to protect small pets.

4 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHROOMS
The two-story, turn-of-the century farmhouse has 1 Bedroom downstairs and 3 dormer bedrooms upstairs.
The main level has high ceilings and arched doorways that add charm and character in a classic farmhouse.
The country kitchen allows multiple cooks and features abundant cabinet space. Dining is off the kitchen.
THE FARM HOUSE
This sturdy farmhouse is typical of its day with periodic additions and remodeling. It remains a comfortable farmhouse with a very practical floorplan.
It's possible to enter the house with muddy boots and get a drink of water or use the bathroom without walking across any carpet or entering the main living areas. You can shed soiled clothing, put them into the laundry, and hop in the shower or bath - without messing up a freshly mopped floor! This is very functional on a family farm, especially if children and pets are coming and going.
The large utility room features an eating or hobby counter, deep sink, great storage, and even space for that litter of pups, those tiny baby chicks, or other critters that need special accomodation or attention.
The mudroom is large enough for a chest or upright freezer. Quickly stow frozen foods here and take canned and other goods to the convenient, country pantry.
Yep, those old farm wives certainly knew how to arrange space for convenient family living. Note, however, that It would be easy to add a third bathroom in the Attic area next to the large dormer bedroom upstairs.
